Day 3

Aix-en-Provence

The day starts with a tour of Aix-en-Provence’s market with a Chef and selection of seasonal ingredients for your cookery class. On the way to the class, the group will stop off at a vineyard to select the best wine for the chosen recipes. After a 10-minute drive crossing the 17th century “Pont des 3 Sautets” bridge and landscapes painted by Cézanne, the group will arrive at Villa Lisette.

After visiting the property and its organic garden it’s time to cook! Everyone will take an active part in preparing the various dishes for around 2 hours. You will then savour your creations in a typical Provencal setting.

Return to Aix.
